Why Access Real Estate Photography?

 

I have been shooting listings since 2012 and enjoy what I do!  My goal is to provide a polished, professional product and service with fast turnaround.  

 

Great real estate photography can be the key to a quick sale.  The photographs I take aim to not only "show" the property, but to show it from the right angles and in the best light.  I want viewers to want to be in that room.  

 

My shooting method is to use off camera flash while also taking advantage of natural light unless the scene calls for something different. For interiors, plan for me to be there for a while. I am not a point and shoot photographer.  Before delivery, the entire photo shoot is reviewed, edited and enhanced so that each room, exterior or vista can be seen at its best.  

 

The photos that I deliver are designed to attract more buyers for my client's current listings and to position those agents as the "go-to" sellers want to hire tomorrow. 

 

Who am I?

 

I am originally from the New Orleans area and moved to Virginia in 1997. I have been living in the Haymarket/Gainesville area since 2002 and have been working in real estate in some capacity for 10+ years assisting my husband. At some point I started photographing his listings and real estate photography snowballed from there. Presently I photograph for agents, homeowners, builders, designers, as well as other commercial clients.

When not working I enjoy hanging out with my family, walking with my spirit animal Charlie, a black labradoole and exploring the local community and what it has to offer.
