Turnaround: Within 24-48 hours I can have poofs for you to approve. After final edits, I sumbit the files to the printer. It takes a day to print and they go out that day or the following via FedEx next day. You will get an email to track the package which can be sent to you or to the listing.
Same day rush fee is $50.00.

VIRTUAL TOURS
Virtual tours are tailored toward you! I can incorporate your photo, logo, and more for a branded tour! The tours can be posted on most other sites and can be attached to your MLS listing. As soon as your listing is live, let me know and I can attach it for you.
You also have some editing capabilities within the tour. You can get statistics on views etc., emailed to you as well.

Tours can be linked to your MLS listing, emailed to clients, posted to Facebook and Twitter and more.

They can be viewed on desktop, iPhone, iPad, Android or Blackberry.

Tours can consist of unlimited photos so if there is more too see than the maximum 30 photos allowed on the MLS, the virtual tour is an excellent tool.

Tours are delivered as unbranded for the MLS listing and branded with your personal agent information.

Tours also have an Agent Control Panel in which you can:
• Edit media, names and descriptions
• Rearrange slide shows
• Access Live descriptions

FLOOR PLANS
Floor plans are a great add on for a Virtual Tour! The Floor Plan can be made "interactive" via the Virtual Tour so that viewers can click on the icons in the tour to see what images was taken from that location.
